By placing an order through Kynjarmen online store, you understand and agree that you are bound by these Terms


All product prices on Kynjarmen online store are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are inclusive of GST, and exclusive of delivery costs.
Payments are made via PayPal.  We do not record your credit card details and Paypal is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

All items on Kynjarmen online store are subject to availability. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered are not available.

We must receive payment of the full price for the goods before your order can be accepted. Once your payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received.

You may give us information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address and telephone numbers, when you make a purchase from us. If you do not give this information, we may not be able to provide products to you.
Kynjarmen collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently and quickly as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose, share or sell this information to other parties under any circumstances.
We do not record or hold copies of credit card details; payments are processed by PAYPAL which uses the top of the line SSL technology to keep your information safe, Paypal is one of the worlds most secure payment gateways available.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; Kynjarmen checks your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering them to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Please contact us first if you need to return a faulty item. Return of faulty items must be received within 7 days from the date of you parcel delivery. We will then send you a replacement or offer you either a Kynjarmen store credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
Postage charges on returns are not refundable. Return postage of items is at customers cost.

We take every care to ensure that the description of our products are correct at the time of publication. Prices in the online store are current at time of display and subject to change without notice. Our food products come with a best before date and should be consumed before this date to ensure optimum quality.
